In October 2023, the College of International Exchange of Shandong Agricultural University will usher in the 20th anniversary of its founding.Over the past 20 years, teachers and students of the College have made great strides, continued their efforts, and have been diligent in their work, the teaching system has been maturing, and the level of education has been improving, and the College has increasingly become a Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institution with a good learning and teaching style, solid foundation for educating people, and a high degree of social reputation. In order to further collect and explore the resources of the history of the college, fully demonstrate the construction and development history of the college and its achievements, summarize the experience, consolidate the foundation, develop and innovate, and help the school's double-first-class construction, we are now openly soliciting all kinds of historical materials and objects for a long period of time for the society.

I. Objects of collection

Third, the contents of the collection

　　Reflecting the founding process, development history and achievements of Shandong Agricultural University College of International Exchange, or record the personal experience of studying and working in Shandong Agricultural University College of International Exchange, with a commemorative, collection, exhibition value of instruments, objects, sound and video and other types of information.

　　(a) Documents and materials with important historical value in the process of the establishment and development of the college, and the relevant objects that record the appearance of the college in different periods;

　　(B) the college published or issued in various periods of historical value and commemorative significance of the books, publications, printed matter, albums and so on;

　　(iii) Trophies, certificates, certificates, congratulatory letters, official documents and other supporting materials obtained by the College or individuals in various competitions, merit assessment and commendation activities of high level and representativeness;

　　(D) reflecting the historical changes of the College, with the characteristics of the times of the old photos, the College logo, the College logo, personal documents (admission notice, student card, work permit, library card, academic degree certificate, etc.) and all kinds of souvenirs with the name of the College imprint;

　　(vii) Materials of exchanges and cooperation between the College and domestic and foreign institutions and schools, souvenirs reflecting important activities given to the College by friendly units or individuals, congratulatory letters, telegrams and gifts received for large-scale activities organized by the College;

　  (viii) Diaries, notes, photos and articles of outstanding alumni during their school years, representative work achievements, academic works, etc., as well as relevant introductions of outstanding deeds;

　　(ix) Teaching materials, monographs, translations edited by the faculty and staff of the College, as well as lesson plans, teaching materials, test papers, teaching aids and experimental equipments with historical value;

　　(j) Other materials and objects of historical value and display value.

Fourth, the collection method

　　(A) gratuitous donation. For gratuitous donations, the college will be based on the exhibition needs to sign the name of the donor, permanent preservation.

　　(B) escrow or copy. Valuable historical materials, physical objects, I have to continue to hold the will, with my consent, the College can be kept or copied on behalf of the original returned.

　　(C) visit to collect. For those who are willing to provide information, objects or related oral history, but are inconvenient to come to the college for related reasons, the college will send someone to pay a visit to record and receive the donation.

　　The college will organize the registration and appraisal of the items to be donated, and will issue donation certificates to the donors as a token of appreciation after the acceptance is confirmed.
