In order to improve the teaching quality of our college, according to the mid-term teaching inspection work arrangement of the college, on the afternoon of May 23, our college held a teacher symposium, which was attended by Zhong Jie, the dean in charge of teaching, and Song Jie, the deputy secretary of the party committee, and had a discussion with all German teachers and counselors Li Zhe, and Chen Danyu, director of the German teaching department, presided over the meeting.

At the symposium, the teachers had a full exchange on their own classroom management and student management, carefully analyzed the problems in the teaching work of this semester, and put forward suggestions for improvement of the existing problems. After listening to the speeches of the teachers, Zhong Jie, vice dean of the School of International Exchange in charge of teaching, summarized and refined the various classroom management problems raised by German teachers, and put forward practical and effective solutions and suggestions. In addition, Zhong Jie encouraged all German teachers to pay attention to both scientific research and teaching, and do a good job in their own career planning. Secretary Song Jie focused on the aspects of student management and student psychology to the teachers to give detailed and patient guidance, and proposed that only by empathizing with students can we truly understand students and help and guide students to solve the problems and difficulties they face.

The mid-term teaching inspection teacher symposium has built a good communication platform for the teachers of the college, and laid a solid foundation for promoting the improvement of the teaching level and talent training quality of the college.
