In order to enhance teachers' awareness of mental health, improve their own emotional and stress management skills, and master the ways and means to deal with students' psychological problems. At three o'clock in the afternoon of September 13th, the School of International Exchange held a teacher psychology salon with the theme of care and growth in Conference Room 403 of Building 11.

Professor Wang Hongju and Professor Zhang Xingbo first gave answers and suggestions on how teachers can relieve anxiety, relieve stress and solve students' psychological problems in their work. Professor Zhang Xingbo said that it is necessary to avoid mediocrity and self-disturbance, draw up a task list, and focus on solving practical problems. Based on her own experience and relevant cases, Professor Wang Hongju instructed teachers on how to solve the psychological problems of different students, and suggested that teachers learn to be self-suggestive, have the courage to face various challenges in work and life, and stimulate their potential.

At the event, two experts and professors conducted online mental health self-tests, and led everyone to use OH cards to explore and share activities. Teachers freely choose the Oka card and share their feelings and associations when they see the card in the group, encouraging teachers to open their hearts and fully express themselves. Everyone completed the event in a relaxed, warm, trusting and supportive group atmosphere.
