On November 29th, the School of International Exchange held a centralized learning meeting for the theoretical learning center group of the School's Party Committee, as well as a joint meeting between the Party Committee and the Party and government. Comrade Liu Ge, member of the Standing Committee of the School's Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, attended the meeting and provided guidance on work. Cui Guoqiang, Deputy Secretary of the School Discipline Inspection Commission, Li Mingjuan, Deputy Department level Organizational Member of the Organization Department, members of the college leadership team, Party Committee members, Party branch members, and department heads attended the meeting, which was chaired by Party Committee Secretary Liu Tiantian.

  Through learning, everyone further understands the profound connotation of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline, and further solidifies the theoretical foundation for strengthening the construction of Party conduct and clean governance.

At the Party Committee, a special study on the first topic was conducted, and the development of Party members in the college in 2023 was reported. Xiao Qiusheng presided over the voting meeting of the Party Committee on newly developed Party members. The conference focused on studying the ideological work of the college. Li Na and Wang Xiaoying reported on the implementation of ideology in student management, textbook review, and other aspects. Xiao Qiusheng summarized the ideological work in 2023 and reported on the key points of implementing ideological work in 2024.

At the joint meeting of the Party and government, Qiu Ruolong, the leaders in charge of each department and the representative of the German side in Thailand, reported and exchanged ideas based on the issues raised last week. Dean Fu Daolin made arrangements for key tasks such as safety and stability, academic atmosphere construction, year-end assessment, and anniversary summary for the end of 2023.

Secretary Liu Ge affirmed the standardization of the study of the theoretical learning center group, the Party Committee, and the Party government joint meeting in his comments and guidance. At the same time, he also pointed out the problems truthfully and practically, and proposed to coordinate and arrange the study plan of the Party Committee's theoretical learning center group, further improving the efficiency and quality of the decision-making of the Party Committee and the Party government joint meeting.

Liu Tiantian, on behalf of the college, gave a concluding speech, stating that in future learning and work, we will deeply implement the requirements of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, continuously promote the institutionalization and standardization of the collective learning of the college's theoretical learning center group, party committee meetings, and party government joint meetings, continuously enhance the political and organizational functions of grassroots organizations, comprehensively improve the quality of grassroots party building work, and use high-quality party building to promote the high-quality development of the college.
