In order to strengthen the construction of a good academic atmosphere, create a good learning atmosphere, summarize past learning, conduct comprehensive inspections and fill in gaps, and make reasonable plans for the next stage of German language learning. On the evening of December 6th, the School of International Exchange held a 2023 German Learning Sharing and A1 Mid term Exam Summary Meeting. The Dean of the School, Fu Daolin, Deputy Secretary of the School Party Committee, Xiao Qiusheng, Vice Dean of the School, Zhang Jiguo, all teachers of the German Teaching Department, Youth League Committee, and all students of the 2023 level attended the meeting.

Firstly, the 23rd level counselor Xu Xiaoyun introduced the results of the German A1 mid-term exam. Subsequently, Sun Jingao, Dong Zhuoyu, Han Zhen, and Party Yonghang, four outstanding students, shared their German learning experience with their classmates in terms of learning methods, time management, and learning mentality. Chen Danyu, Director of the German Language Teaching Department, provided corresponding suggestions and guidance to students on how to learn the German language and how to take the A1 exam, providing clearer directions and goals for their subsequent learning. In order to promote a good learning atmosphere to a new level, the college commended the priority models of the A1 mid-term German exam. Vice Dean Zhang Jiguo announced the decision to establish the German Learning Professor Studio, in order to promote the improvement of students' German learning and further enhance their understanding and mastery of professional courses.

Finally, the dean of the college, Fu Daolin, gave a speech, hoping that all students can learn from this midterm exam, clarify their learning goals and methods, and adjust their learning status and mentality. He put forward four suggestions. Firstly, recognize the importance of learning German and seize every learning opportunity; Secondly, we need to correct our learning attitude and persist in doing every detail well in daily learning; Thirdly, we need to do a better job in the next step of learning and apply the German language skills we have learned to our future studies and work; Fourthly, we hope that students can gather together to stay warm, establish a German vanguard team, and adopt more flexible ways of learning.

This midterm summary meeting has gathered consensus on how students can learn German language, unified their thinking among all teachers and students, and laid a good foundation for the improvement of learning atmosphere.
